Nicole Philbrick

ADVISORY SERVICES

SENIOR DIRECTOR MARKET STRATEGY

"I feel so fortunate to work for OnePoint because building a relationship with our clients is such an essential part of the process.  Many times, there isn’t one “A-ha” moment that points to an obvious answer, so building that relationship from the beginning and learning what is important to them helps to put the pieces of the puzzle together to find the best pathway forward."

Nicole leads the market strategy work at OnePoint and has over 12 years of experience within the senior living industry.

She has extensive experience with both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, with a focus on not-for-profit providers of senior housing and care.

She has provided research, analysis, and advisory services including market and competitive analyses, focus groups, positioning and pricing analyses, and strategic advisory assistance. She has worked with communities throughout the US from the Pacific coast to the shores of New England, in nearly 30 states. Nicole holds Bachelor of Science degrees from South Dakota State University in Communication Studies and Music Education, graduating with honors.

Q. Who is part of your fur family?

A. My rescue “mutt” Murray.  We rescued him from Florida four years ago and he is the absolute best. He is by far the best person I have ever shared an office with.

Q. What do you do for volunteer work?

A. I have a fairly extensive background with the Miss America Organization. As a former state titleholder in my home state of South Dakota, I have since been dedicated to giving back to the organization that paid for my undergraduate education. I help to run a local competition in New Hampshire, and work with individual contestants on interview and talent preparation. I also serve on the board of the Southern New Hampshire Chapter of the National Charity League, and enjoy putting in many volunteer hours alongside my eldest daughter.

Q. What is on your reading list?

A. I have been knee-deep in the Outlander series for a few years now. I’m a bit stuck on book five, but insist on pushing through!
