At a nonprofit hospice organization, she played a key role in supporting compassionate, patient-centered care, ensuring families received the resources and guidance they needed during end-of-life transitions. Then, after transitioning to a CCRC, Meghan contributed significantly to improving resident admissions and streamlining the intake process. By fostering strong relationships with families, healthcare providers, and referral sources, she helped increase occupancy rates and ensure a smooth transition for new residents across all levels of care—from independent living to skilled nursing. She continues her deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through her role as a senior living research analyst on the Market Strategy Team.

Q. Who is part of your fur family?

A. ?We have two dogs, Macy and Rye. They were our first babies. And as our family grew, they also became the best playmates and protectors for our daughters.

A. You know what can really ruin a Friday? Remembering it’s Thursday.

Q. Who inspires you?

A. I am inspired most by those that just keep moving with a genuine smile on their face. Life can be so hard and there are obstacles thrown at us constantly these days. But I have seen so many who continue to push through with kindness and gratitude for the good in their lives. There is always good, you just have to find it… or be it!
