Kristopher Yetman

Kristopher Yetman is an accomplished real estate development professional with experience leading complex projects across the senior living and mixed-use sectors. Kris brings a unique combination of investment, development, and construction expertise that positions him to deliver innovative, resident-centered communities that combine strong investment performance with meaningful community impact.

Over the course of his career, Kris has overseen projects from early-stage site selection and acquisition through entitlements, design, and construction. His work has spanned both ground-up developments and large-scale redevelopments, with a consistent focus on building high-quality environments that enhance the resident experience.

Prior to his current role, Kris served in senior positions at The HYM Investment Group, The Davis Companies, and Benchmark Senior Living, where he was recognized nationally as a Future Leader by Senior Housing News.

Kris holds an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Facilities and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he brings the values of service and leadership to every project he undertakes.

Q. Who is part of your fur family?

A. With his constant grin and wagging tail, Cruz, our Portuguese Water Dog, turns everyday into an adventure while bringing spirited companionship and joy to our three kids.

Q. What are your creative outlets?

A. My go-to outlets are skiing, surfing, and mountain biking—pursuits that challenge me, inspire me, and remind me to always stay humble.

Q. What is on your reading list?

A. I enjoy biographies, war stories, survival feats, and travel memoirs, with the occasional fictional thriller for a bit of fun. I’m drawn to any book that can shift my perspective or captivate the imagination.
