WHO WE ARE
MEET THE TEAM

OnePoint’s team combines some of the most seasoned, connected, and specialized experts in the industry. Our dynamic team is twenty-two strong, bringing together deep multi-disciplinary experi- ence, leadership, and acumen unparalleled in the not-for-profit senior living space.
"I love how here at OnePoint we tailor our work to our clients' specific needs. There is no one size fits all approach. Within my financial modeling work, there is a general process and setup used to maximize efficiency, but I can still be creative to ensure the approach is best suited for that particular client."
Katie is a Financial Analyst at OnePoint Partners. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina where she studied International Business and Finance. For more than five years, Katie worked in numerous finance roles in the automotive industry. Now, she joins OnePoint Partners with robust analytical and modeling skills and exceptional knowledge of the financial field.
Previously, Katie was responsible for performing investment analyses and project calculations, month-end reporting and multi-year forecasting, and preparing financial presentations to aid in strategic decision making. She is thrilled to step into a new industry and support the non-profit community while utilizing her technical expertise and continuing to develop new skills.
Q. What do you do for volunteer work?
A. Once a week, I get to walk dogs at a local Pittsburgh animal shelter. Rain or shine, the pups are so excited for the best part of their days (and mine!). Besides walking over 10,000 steps, the hardest part of the job is not taking all the dogs home!
Q. What is on your reading list?
A. First on my TBR list (for far too long) is the Pulitzer Prize winner, "The Goldfinch". Also on the list is Michelle Obama's latest "The Light We Carry" for inspiration and any of Agatha Christie's with Detective Hercule Poirot for some suspense.
Q. What’s the most exciting part of your job?
A. I have always loved the analytical aspects of my job and creating financial models. What is so special about my current role though is that my job does not end when the financial model is complete. I get to continuously collaborate with our clients and help them make decisions that will have a positive impact on their communities.
