As a supplement to our recent initial message, following is some important information regarding the recently passed “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act” (or “CARES Act”). As you may know, this sweeping legislation includes many initiatives intended to soften the blow of the pandemic’s impact on the economy, including approximately $350 Billion of funding to assist small businesses who have experienced negative effects as a result of the pandemic. The purpose of this communication is to make you aware of the funding options made available by the CARES Act, and provide an offer of assistance to our clients and colleagues to navigate the landscape.
