WHO WE ARE
MEET THE TEAM

OnePoint’s team combines some of the most seasoned, connected, and specialized experts in the industry. Our dynamic team is twenty-two strong, bringing together deep multi-disciplinary experi- ence, leadership, and acumen unparalleled in the not-for-profit senior living space.
Having been active in senior housing for over 30-years, I have been incredibly impressed with the talented and growing team at OnePoint, not only from an experience and intelligence perspective, but from the personal quality of each team member.
Brett has spent his entire career focused on the financing, acquisition, development, and asset management of real estate related assets, and senior housing in particular. Early in his career, Brett spent 7 years at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) and UBS in their respective real estate groups, managing top-level real estate portfolios and relationships.
From 1994 to 2007, Brett held senior positions at BNP Paribas, including Managing Director of the Leveraged Finance/Senior Housing Group. During his tenure at BNP Paribas, Brett originated and structured financing transactions for healthcare focused real estate that totaled in excess of $3.0 billion, the large majority of which were construction financing for the development of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).
Prior to joining OnePoint in 2023, Brett was the Chief Operating Officer at Senior Care Development from 2007 to 2023. At Senior Care Development, Brett was instrumental in the planning, acquisition, asset management, and financial turnaround of senior housing assets, and more specifically CCRCs.
In addition to his professional career, Brett was a founding board member of three related non-profit housing development organizations that provide housing for victims of domestic violence.
Brett received a BS in Mechanical Engineering with honors from Tufts University, and an MBA with honors in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
