Ben is a Senior Director of Development, experienced with leading multifaceted real estate projects through site selection, predevelopment, permitting, design, and construction. His background spans senior living, multifamily, mixed-use, student housing, life science, office, and industrial developments across Greater Boston and the Mid-Atlantic.

Prior to joining OnePoint Partners, Ben held construction and development management roles with The HYM Investment Group, Boston Properties, and Liberty Property Trust, where he managed projects ranging from entitlement and budgeting through construction delivery and occupancy. He has extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, navigating municipal approvals, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and collaborating with public officials, investors, operators, and community stakeholders.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.

Q. What do you do for volunteer work?

A. As a member of the Board of Directors of Troop One Stow Alumni, Inc., support is provided for initiatives that advance and promote Scouting in Stow, MA.

A. Stuff You Should Know makes even complex and obscure topics accessible and entertaining. The hosts’ witty banter and tangents round out discussions of each topic, making the show consistently informative and enjoyable.

Q. What’s the most exciting part of your job?

A. In an ever-changing development & building environment, collaborative problem-solving to overcome challenges and deliver transformational projects is one of the most exciting parts of my job.
