- OnePoint brings capital relationships to source capital for projects that otherwise may not be financeable, would have less desirable terms, or would cost more for the client through more traditional capital formation approaches.
- We have a distinct specialty with distressed debt and help provide solutions with the best outcomes for sponsors and residents of communities that are stressed/distressed.
